During the pandemics in 2020 and as a part of our course of physics and art my team and I decided to create a small Blog in which we could present the works of the alumni because for us being a small group, even inside the science faculty, it is difficult to obtain any kind of help to pursue large exhibitions and so. However, what started maybe as a therapy developed into a passion, that is why we started to create a program to offer a social service focused on interdisciplinary research inside the science faculty and afterwards we started to create projects that could help students not only from physics, but also from different courses (actuary, computer science and mathematics mainly) to graduate as a dissertation project focused on scientific divulgation.

In 2022 we decided to compete for an award offered by the FONCA (Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes) which is the federal dependency here in Mexico in charge of the art and the culture. And we won to finally be able to create a platform that will enable us to get to more people and to show the importance of art, history, science and technology. The platform will be open to the public around July of 2024 and will host a MOOC, a series of interviews and videos that show part of the experiments we have made through the years.
